These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ReconWerx platform at reconwerx.io (“Platform,” “Service”), operated by ReconWerx (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
ReconWerx is a defense acquisition intelligence platform that helps companies discover, research, and pursue U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) contracting opportunities. The Platform aggregates publicly available government data, enriches it with AI-powered analysis, and provides tools for opportunity tracking, intelligence research, and pipeline management.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reconwerx.io if you believe your account has been compromised.
Organization accounts may have multiple users. The organization owner is responsible for managing user access and ensuring all users comply with these Terms.

Access to ReconWerx requires a paid subscription. Pricing, billing frequency, and payment terms are communicated at the time of signup or subscription change.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform, including organization profiles, technology profiles, pursuit records, uploaded documents, notes, and bid/no-bid assessments (“Your Content”). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
By submitting Your Content to the Platform, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or close your account.
If you contribute intelligence to the Platform (e.g., notes about program managers, program context, or data corrections), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that contributed intelligence with other Platform users. Do not contribute information you are not authorized to share or that is classified, controlled unclassified information (CUI), or subject to nondisclosure agreements.
You may export your Pipeline data in CSV format at any time through the Platform. Upon account closure, you may request a full export of your data prior to deletion.
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We never share your proprietary Pipeline data with other customers or third parties, except as required by law.
The Platform aggregates data from publicly available U.S. government sources including SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, SBIR.gov, and published DoD budget exhibits.
We make reasonable efforts to keep this data current and accurate, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any government data displayed on the Platform. Government data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors at the source.
AI-generated analysis is provided for informational purposes. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making business decisions.
ReconWerx is not a substitute for reading solicitations, consulting legal or compliance advisors, or performing your own due diligence.
The Platform, including its design, code, data models, AI models, aggregated datasets, and documentation, is the property of ReconWerx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Platform as a subscriber.
Government data displayed on the Platform is public information and is not claimed as our intellectual property.
We aim to maintain reliable Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and unplanned outages may occur.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. If we discontinue the Platform entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and an opportunity to export your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReconWerx and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss of contracts.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReconWerx and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of any applicable law, or any content you submit.
Either party may terminate your subscription at any time. You may cancel by contacting support@reconwerx.io or through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, you may request a data export within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
